How can I make appointments, make payments, and request future visits? ▼
You can do all these by simply logging in to your patient portal.
Can I be seen without insurance? ▼
We are accepting Self-Pay for those who are not insured. Payments are due at the time of service via the Therapy Patient Portal.
What age groups are served? ▼
Ages 12 – 65.
Which Health Insurance plans are currently accepted? ▼
We are currently accepting Aetna, Anthem BCBS, BCBS GA Blue Choice HMO, Cigna Behavioral, Humana, Medicare, Tricare, United Behavioral Health, and OptumHealth

How do I start my visit? ▼
You will receive a welcome e-mail with an invitation to join the Therapy Portal. Once you log into the Therapy Portal you will be able to start your tele-visit through the video.
How long are the appointments? ▼
Initial Visit – 1 hour.
Follow-up Visit - 30 minutes.
Please bear in mind that the length of the appointment time may vary based on complexity and on your individualized treatment plan.
When will I get my prescriptions? ▼
Prescriptions will be sent electronically at the time or shortly after your visit. No prescriptions for stimulants (Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin and others) or ongoing Benzodiazepines such as Alprazolam (Xanax), Clonazepam (Klonopin), Lorazepam (Ativan) will be ordered. You will be given a 5-7 days’ supply of benzodiazepine for severe anxiety to be used as needed ONLY.
How can I get help if I’m in a crisis? ▼

Can my provider complete disability forms? ▼
Our providers are limited to medication management and Psychotherapy (Talk therapy) only. We are unable to complete Disability, Workman’s Comp, FMLA, Emotional Support Animal, Insurance, Academic/Employment Accommodation forms or letters.
